PRARG Memberships

Renewing Members

To renew your membership, log in to your PRARG Club Member portal here. 

However all current members will be emailed a renewal link for the 2025 membership

year (commencing on 1 February 2025) early in January.

​When joining or renewing, all members were required to sign the Member Dangerous Activity Acknowledgement and the General Code of Conduct as part of the application process.  A copy of these documents (combined) are available here

 

As a member of Equestrian Australia, PRARG follows the EA Social Media Policy and encourages all our members to be familiar with this document which is available to read here

 

Some of the benefits of the PRARG membership include:

  • Access to the grounds on non-event days (please refer to our Facebook page to check if the grounds are open) 

  • Discount on competition entry fees

  • Access to internal events and training days.

Important information

  • Membership only available to those aged 14 years old and over

  • Memberships are due by 31 January every year

  • Half Year Memberships run from 1 August to 31 January  

  • To compete at the annual Summer Series, members need to have paid their membership by 31st August. Not applicable 2025

  • The code to the combination lock to access the grounds must not be shared with anyone unless you know they are a current financial member of the club.  Disciplinary action will be taken by the committee if a member is found to compromise the security of the grounds by sharing the gate code to non-members.

  • A Property Identification Code (PIC) for where you horse/s are kept must be submitted with your application

  • New membership applications MUST be accepted by a club meeting before member privileges are available.

  • If having lessons at the grounds, although your coach does not have to be a member of PRARG, they must have current EA Coach registration and therefore also have their own insurance.
